First Day High.

Today was the start of a new phase of my life, a phase of independence. First day of college life in De La Salle-College of St. Benilde was a great one for me despite its work. At the minute I entered the School of Design and Arts, I breathed art and inspiration from my location. There isn't one corner that is the same. Every time you cover a short distance, you see a different space. Our first classroom was on the ninth floor. It was easy to use the elevators from the ground floor but once you use it from the other floors, it will consume so much of your time that you will end up using the stairs instead. FMAA - my block and the best block of multimedia artists. To sum it all up, first day was an awakening for us. College life is what you make of it. If you choose to be the best of yourself, to be active in all aspects, to socialize and to collaborate with everyone around you, then you will certainly have the best time of your college life. College is what you make of it.

Tomorrow's a new day. I'm still tireless. Blockmates, batchmates, see you tomorrow.
Animo La Salle!

End Of The Runway.

Cheers to everyone who was part of making Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2010 a huge success! 'Til October for Spring/Summer 2011. Carpe diem.

Tina Daniac Holiday 2010.

Tina Daniac's collection, entitled "Homage to Sabel", showcases dramatic tailored pieces all made in sartorial glamour. What struck me during the show is her notable muses ranging from top models to celebrities. The runway had Philippine's Next Top Model Grendel Alvarado, supermodel Wilma Doesnt (who conquered the entire runway with her celestial grace in walking and posing), fashion stylist Charmaine Palermo, television personalities Maggie Wilson, Jenny Lee, and last but not the least, Katrina Halili. It was definitely a great show. Kudos, Miss Tina Daniac.

Bang Pineda Holiday 2010.

Bang bang bang! He's one of my favorite menswear designer in the country. Bang Pineda's Holiday Collection is inspired by assassins, channeling James Bond and Ethan Hunt. The models were dressed to kill, well, literally. His show featured the seasoned and prominent models like Akihiro Sato, PMAP's Luke Jickain, Fabio Ide, and Daniel Matsunaga. Black is dominant in his collection amplified with guns, suitcases, pinstripes and ties. It's a mission accomplished for this avantgarde designer. Kudos, sir Bang Pineda!
